demonstration by Johnny Alloo’s professional baristas and hands-on experience making coffee.

The perfect intro for the home barista or for those taking the first step into a career in coffee.

The 90 minute course outlines the essential knowledge & skills required to

brew consistent coffee, texture milk, pour basic latte art & work efficiently in a cafe environment.
